Therefore, if the wear resistance of the material is insufficient, the reserve wear amount of only a few millimeters of the micro-segment will soon be worn and lose its effectiveness, which not only increases the cost of wear, but also affects the grinding efficiency of the mill to a certain extent. Secondly, from the perspective of wear-resistant material manufacturing enterprises, high-quality micro-segment production has also been a headache, this small size abrasive body due to impact toughness hardenability is not a problem, so as far as possible to improve the content of C and Cr content, such as the content of Cr 18%, the content of C increased to about 3.3%, However, it should be noted that the eutectic point is different with the content of Cr and other alloying elements, and the high hypoeutectic carbon content should be used as much as possible, but the eutectic and hypereutectic technology still needs to be practiced. Currently being explored technologies such as semi-solid technology and super modifier technology once industrial application, it will greatly improve wear resistance under the premise of unchanged production costs, which is undoubtedly a boon for cement companies.
