2. Ball head processing

During processing, the size and surface roughness of the sphere need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the product accuracy and surface quality meet industrial needs.
3. Surface treatment
In order to guarantee the corrosion resistance and surface quality of the steel sphere, surface treatment is required. Surface treatment generally adopts polishing, electroplating and other methods. Surface polishing can improve surface finish, improve corrosion resistance and extend service life, and electroplating can increase the corrosion resistance of steel spheres.
