High chromium wear-resistant cast ball, made of high-carbon wear-resistant white cast iron, is a third-generation wear-resistant material.

Cr10 high chromium cast ball is the most commonly used wear-resistant ball in the factory, accounting for a large proportion. Its Cr content is 10-11%, and its specifications and sizes cover Φ30-120mm. Because of its high hardness and high wear resistance, it is widely used Ball mill equipment for mining.Cr10 high chromium wear-resistant cast ball has good hardenability due to its high Cr content.

It is produced in a push rod furnace. The traditional heat treatment process is heating at 900-930°C and quenching with isothermal quenching oil. After tempering, the hardness is above 58HRC and the impact energy is 3-5J/cm2.
