Do you know the production and processing method of steel balls?
1) Select the raw materials of steel ball finished wire rod: C mass content is 0.15~0.20%, Si mass content is 0.03~0.10%, Mn mass content is 0.30~0.90%, P mass content is 0.015~0.030%, S mass content is 0.017~0.035%;
2) The finished wire is straightened by the straightening machine, and then the finished wire is cut into a cylindrical blank, and then the cylindrical blank is put into the rolling machine, the corners on the cylindrical blank are passivated, and then it is cold-headed to obtain prefabricated steel balls;
3) Spheroidization annealing treatment of prefabricated steel balls: heat the prefabricated steel balls to 400~450 °C according to the heating speed of 12 °C/min, and keep them warm for 0.5~1h, and then heat the prefabricated steel balls to 850~900 °C according to the heating speed of 8 °C/min, and keep them warm for 3~4h, then the furnace is cooled to 500 °C and then cooled to room temperature;
4) Quench the prefabricated steel balls again: heat the prefabricated steel balls to 800~850 °C, and keep warm for 1h, then heat them to 970~1020 °C, and keep them warm for 2h, and then put the prefabricated steel balls into 40~60 °C water and quench until the surface temperature of the prefabricated steel balls reaches 300~350 °C, and then put them into 30~50 °C oil to the surface temperature of the prefabricated steel balls to oil temperature and take them out;
