Strict molding process
During production, the materials and components of the sand mold are tracked to ensure that all parameters of the sand mold meet the requirements, and to try to avoid and reduce the occurrence of insufficient pouring, sand inclusions, shrinkage cavities, shrinkage, air holes, cracks and deformation of the ball mill balls.
Pouring at the right temperature can make the internal grains of the product finer and denser, and make the carbides arranged radially. During grinding, the carbides are embedded in the matrix again, continuously forming a hard layer, so that the hardness and toughness are maintained at a reasonable intersection, greatly improving the combination of toughness and hardness of the cast ball.
Yongxing is equipped with advanced production lines to produce wear-resistant balls and segment products, which have the capabilities of automatic sand adding, molding, conveying, online pouring, piece sand separation, automatic molding sand collection, and automatic sand mixing, avoiding the instability caused by a large amount of manual intervention.
Mature temperature control technology
Temperature control technology is a very important and complex process in the production of chromium cast ball mill balls. Different furnace temperatures, pouring temperatures, mold temperatures and heat treatment temperatures are very sensitive to product quality. Yongxing adjusts the appropriate pouring temperature and mold temperature to achieve good performance of the product from liquid to solid.
