We have iron mold sand coating production and fully automatic core shoting casting line(coated sand pellet process) which can produce better surface and performace for ball mill grinding media .We can produce different sizes of grinding media ball from 12-120mm.
Because of 3 production lines,our production capacity of ball mill grinding media can reach to over 35 thousand tons every year. Our grinding balls are exported to many countries.
Superior heat treatment process
The superior heat treatment process allows us to fully utilize the potential of various elements. In long-term practice and exploration, we have formed a mature heat treatment process, using a fully automatic temperature-controlled tempering system for tempering and numerically controlled temperature mesh belt precision quenching, so that the stress of each product can be well released. On the premise of ensuring the hardness requirements, it can ensure a lower breakage rate of the product.
Comprehensive product testing
Yongxing is equipped with advanced testing equipment such as Rockwell hardness testing machines, impact testing machines, metallographic microscopes, and falling ball testing machines to conduct comprehensive testing of the product's hardness, impact value, metallographic structure, number of ball droppings, and physical defects. Ensure that the products used by users are of reliable quality wear-resistant and not easily broken.
