1. Advance production equipment

    We introduce automatic casting production line and natural gas heat treatment system to ensure the stability of the quality of each grinding ball:

1) Medium frequency furnace melting: precise control of alloy composition, reduce impurities;

2) Automatic pouring system: avoid manual intervention to ensure the consistency of casting ball size;

3) Quenching + annealing heat treatment line: oil quenching process is adopted to optimize the balance between internal hardness and toughness.

2. Precision manufacturing process

    Through years of technical accumulation, we have optimized the whole process from smelting to finished products:

1) Metal composition optimization: adding chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo) and other alloying elements to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

2) Temperature control casting: avoid defects such as air hole and shrinkage, and the structure is dense and flawless;

3) Surface strengthening treatment: special polishing process to reduce the initial wear and prolong service life.

3. Strict testing system

    We adhere to the "zero defect" standard and ensure product reliability through a number of tests:

1) Spectrometer: real-time monitoring of material composition;

2) Hardness tester & impact tester: test hardness and toughness batch by batch;

3) Metallographic microscope: analyze microstructure and eliminate internal defects;

4) Ball drop test: simulate the actual working condition to verify the anti-shattering performance.
