1. Polishing treatment: This Cast Grinding Iron Ball adopts grinding, polishing, deburring and surface ring treatment in the production process to improve the surface roughness of the steel ball and make it uniform.
2. Different sizes: Its diameter ranges from 17 mm to 160 mm, which makes it suitable for grinding different materials. Different sizes of steel balls can achieve different grinding effects, for example, small diameter steel balls are suitable for fine grinding, while large diameter steel balls are suitable for coarse grinding.
3. Optional hardness: The chromium content of this grinding ball is different, from 1% to 26% to adapt to different grinding conditions. The steel ball with high chromium content has excellent hardness and wear resistance, and is suitable for large grinding media and working environment. The grinding ball with lower chromium content can adapt to more complex abrasive composition and more loaded working conditions.
