Grinding ball and grinding cylpebs are grinding media of the grinding machine. Their main function is to grind the material in the grinding machine to meet the use standard. Put an appropriate amount of material and grinding media into the grinding machine at the same time, start the grinding equipment, the grinding media and the material runs with the equipment, collides, and the grinding media continuously crushes the material, and finally reaches the use standard

Technical Specifications

· Our base material of the grinding media is steel&iron scraps and iron with chromium

· The chemical compositions of the grinding ball contain Cr C Si Mn etc. Cr affect the wear-resistance,C affect hardness.

· Our dimensional tolerances is ±2mm.

· Our products are heat-treated both by oil quenching and tempering.

Performance and Durability

· Our the average hardness of high chromuium ball is about 55HRC (Rockwell).Our sruface HRC can above 60HRC

· The expected wear rate under standard operating conditions is lower than 0.3kg/ton.But it depends on many factors,we should consider on specific condition.

· Our breakage rate is lower than 3%.

· Different materials have different hardness and properties, which may cause different degrees of wear of the grinding balls during the grinding process.

e.g. clinker is more corrosive so this wear will be more. But the performance of grinding balls have no change.

· Our products are heat-treated both by oil quenching and tempering.

· In actual applications, the product's lifespan deppends on a lot of factors like ball mill, the particle size, hardness and properties of the material neeed to be processed.

· We have the thirdy party's technical reports show the grinding media's performance.Because every year we will send our samples to the professional thirdy party to test our products.

Quality Control

· During our pouring process and fininshed products,we will both test the chemical composition by spectro meter equipment.

We will also have HRC tester and Impact tester.

· We have strict control over the uniformity of size and weight in the grinding media.We produce our grinding balls according to our national standard.
